In each option below, customers simply generate a QR code by visiting the Amazon.co.uk “Your Orders” page online or in the Amazon Shopping app, clicking “Return or Replace Items”, and following the prompts. Then, you bring the eligible items and your mobile device with the QR code to the drop-off location in the original manufacturer’s packaging. In most cases, customers don’t need to worry about boxes or labels, with drop-off locations handling all the packing, labelling, and shipping.
